Lorraine is the best realtor I have ever worked with! I went through several realtors on my home search experience, before finding Lorraine. For the most part, my experiences with previous realtors were not that great. Either they weren't available to show a home in a hot market, or I just felt like they weren't working on my behalf. That is definitely not the case with Lorraine. She has always made herself available to show a home and will be working for your best interest. She is also very knowledgeable in the buying/selling process. I have bought a house with Lorraine and sold one, and I wouldn't use anyone else. During the inspection period we had quite a few potential issues identified, which would have been really intimidating for us if it wasn't for Lorraine. I can't speak highly enough of my experience working with Lorraine. I first met with her about a year before I wanted to put my house on the market. I had met with other realtors but her knowledge and expertise over the others was very impressive. We walked through the house and she informed me as to what I would have do to the house to get the price I was hoping for. The day it went on the market I had back to back showings and by that evening had three offers on the table, one of which was accepted. Lorraine then continued to help me understand and get through the inspections and appraisal process, staying "on top" of it all the entire time. Lorraine assisted us in the purchase of our first home. At the beginning we were nervous about the process, but Lorraine's knowledge and experience really helped alleviate that stress and uncertainty.
